Final AMA/PRO series race of the 2010 year. Rider count was down
from the May race. 24 in May, 19 in October. Good performance for
west coast guys. I sat in the pits with Short-Block Charlie's team -
Wyatt Maguire. 8th in Prescott Valley.

Mikey Avila finished 3rd for the year. The #1 and #2 guys are moving
up to GNC so Mikey is the class of the field. Only one of the 3 CA. Kids
that used to race at our track a few years ago with the AMA Regional
Qualifier was held. Joe Kopp retired, one of the good guys. . . . Mr.B

MAY 1st - 62nd Birthday
Spent the day in Prescott Valley @ the Mile Nat'l.
Sammy Halbert nipped at the line by Joe Kopp on
a 1098cc Ducati. First time ever for a Ducati to WIN.

Checked on ET-Moto Park. Still waiting on local Govt.
for permits to start constuction of our local 1/3 mile oval.
Should take 3-4 weeks to construct after the Govt. approves.

May 8th - WCFTS @ LODI
We are missing this race due to lack of Racing Funds, SAD...

Late start friday 1:30, 2 hour delay near Magic
Moutain, Motel6 at Midnight 30. Lodi still a
wonderful facility to race on and great racers.
250 Sportsman
Emily 13th, Scott "Boogie" Hampton, Jr.
finished 2nd with a broken foot(heel). Scott gets
the Championship without riding the last event.
Emily should get 2nd overall, but we are headed
to Placerville, California on September 19.
Top-Gun
Emily got a heat, LCQ, but no Final and drops to
25th overall in the standings. Still riding a 250
against 450s, doing just fine. Seat-Time. . .
